Middle school students can have the opportunity to make their own webpage at a program at the Plainville Public Library. The children's department of the library is sponsoring a three-week program entitled Complete Beginner's Introduction to Web Design. The class will be held on Wednesdays, July 16, 23 and 30, at 6:30 p.m.
